Increase Faculty Diversity

Update and make public department and program diversity plans

Considerations of inclusivity are central to the future planning of all departments and programs. By the end of winter term 2017,  departments and programs will update plans for enhancing inclusivity to support diversity, and publish these plans on their websites. 

Accountability: 
President/Provost/School Deans/Divisional Leaders
Issue: 

Academic departments and programs already take inclusivity and diversity into account in their planning, but these plans are not consistently up-dated or available for the public. To enhance accountability, plans will now be posted on each program and department website.
